Shown are the rules and regulations that are a part of the full condominium package documents. These must be agreed to by ALL residents, owners and their tenants and guests and invitees, etc. It is the responsibility of the owner and named tenant to ensure compliance. Failure to comply could result in a $50 per violation, per day, fine.
If it is determined by a prospective purchaser or tenant that certain rules or regulations would not fit in to their choice of lifestyle, they should not choose to live in Principia. All residents must agree to abide by these rules and regulations prior to purchasing or moving into Principia as a condition of the approval process. All owners must be approved for mandatory membership in the Association prior to purchase; all tenants must be approved for residency prior to move-in.
